The student-pod is available as a self contained fully furnished room manufactured entirely off-site in a quality controlled factory environment and delivered to site pre-finished, complete with appliances, fixtures and fittings.

Not only are the bedrooms manufactured off site, but so too can shared facilties such as communal kitchens. Requiring only external finishing and a roof, the accommodation is ready for occupation within weeks of arriving on site, rather than months or years as is traditionally the case. The furnishing and layout can be stipulated by the client.

Because of the controlled environment in which they are built and stringent quality control linking the units on site is straightforward. As the Student Pod is manufactured off site, costs are fixed and kept low through economies of scale.

As such, the accommodation is kept affordable withno compromise on quality. The Student Pod is Building Regulation compliant and can currently meet levels3, 4 or 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The quality and performance of all Pods is assured to ISO 9001 standards.
