Requiring only external finishing and a roof, the affordable home is ready for occupation within hours.
As the House Pod is manufactured off site, costs are fixed and kept low through economies of scale.

The House Pod is Building Regulation compliant and can currently meet levels 3, 4 or 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
