The house-pod is available as single, two or three storey building and is manufactured entirely off-site in a quality controlled factory environment and delivered to site pre-finished, complete with appliances, fixtures and fittings. The Pods can be delivered on a 'Just in Time' basis and assembled in most weather conditions, minimising time on-site. Requiring only external finishing and a roof, the affordable home is ready for occupation within hours.

As the House Pod is manufactured off site, costs are fixed and kept low through economies of scale.
